🏆 Championship Racing Format

Each registered attendee will receive one race included with their event ticket. Following all scheduled heats:

🏁 The Top 12 fastest drivers overall will advance to the Championship Heat.

The top three finishers in the Championship Heat will receive:

🥈 2nd Place Medal
🥉 3rd Place Medal
📸 Podium photo opportunity
👑 Ultimate bragging rights as the fastest drivers in ASHRAE YEA

Additional Racing Opportunities

Want more track time? Attendees are welcome to register for additional races running during the event. Please note:

• Additional race fees are not included in the ASHRAE event registration.
• Payment for extra races will be made directly through On Track Karting.
  
  

🎮 Arcade Fun

The facility also features a full-service arcade for attendees to enjoy throughout the evening.

Please note that arcade games are not included in the ASHRAE event ticket price.

Food & Refreshments

Buffet-style food and fountain beverages will be available to all attendees throughout the event.

Beer, wine, and hard seltzers/coolers will be available after racing activities have concluded, in accordance with venue policies and safety guidelines.

Safety Requirements

👟 All racers must wear secure footwear. Open-toe shoes and open-heel shoes are not permitted.

🪪 Guests participating in adult kart races must present a valid driver's license or government-issued photo ID prior to racing.

Who Should Attend?

This event is designed specifically for ASHRAE Young Engineers in ASHRAE (YEA) members, generally 35 years old and younger (preferred but not required), who are interested in expanding their professional network while enjoying a memorable evening of competition and camaraderie with their peers.
