Please join us for our annual ASHRAE softball game.
Team YEA (Young Engineers in ASHRAE - members 35 years old and younger) will be squaring off against Team TOY Slide-Rules (Too Old for YEA - members over 35 years old) for a friendly game of slow pitch softball.
DATE: Thursday, April 25 2013.
TIME: 5:30 pm, game starts at 6:00 pm.
LOCATION: Wickham Park - Manchester, CT.

Enter park at location 1 and keep bearing right. Fields are at location 17.
Parking is to the right of the volleyball courts (location 16).
DINNER: Pizza and soda will be provided. Feel free to bring your own refreshments.
When signing up, please choose the appropriate team ticket, YEA or TOY and state your preferred field position.
To avoid a $4 entrance fee into the park, print out this invitation and bring it with you. When you arrive, give it to the guard at the gate. It will be your "entrance ticket" to the park. ASHRAE is paying for the cost for the event.
Please RSVP by Wednesday, April 24.
RAIN DATE: In the event of rain, we will send out a cancellation notice and the game will be reschedule to a later date.
It would be a big help if any players that have softball bats and balls could bring them to the game for everyone to use. Thank you!
