Please join us for our semi-annual ASHRAE softball game.
Team YEA (Young Engineers in ASHRAE - members 35 years old and younger) will be squaring off against the undefeated Team TOY (Too Old for YEA - members over 35 years old) for a friendly game of slow pitch softball.
DATE: Thursday, September 5, 2013.
TIME: 5:30 pm, game begins 6:00 pm.
LOCATION: Wickham Park - Manchester, CT.

Enter park at location 1 and keep bearing right. Fields are at location 17.
Parking is to the right of the volleyball courts (location 16).
DINNER: Pizza and soda will be provided. Feel free to bring your own refreshments.
When signing up, please choose the appropriate team ticket, YEA or TOY Slide Rules and state your preferred field position.
To avoid a $4 entrance fee into the park, print out this invitation and bring it with you. When you arrive, give it to the guard at the gate. It will be your "entrance ticket" to the park. ASHRAE is paying for the cost for the event.
Please RSVP by Wednesday, September 4th.
RAIN DATE: In the event of rain, we will send out a cancellation notice and the game may be reschedule to a future date.
